Albuquerque NM Home Permits pulled to build new homes rose 5.23% in May to 161 from 153 Albuquerque NM Home Permits pulled in April.The May total is the highest number of permits in the past 13 months. The leading builder was D.R. Horton with 70 permits issued which represents about 44% of all Albuquerque NM Home Permits for that month. Second was the Pulte Group with 20 permits or about 12.5% of all issued.

The total number of Subdivisions active for May was 77.
